Award winning actor, but wheres the movie?, 30 May 2006

What caught my eye when I bought this movie, was the intriguing title; 'White Elephant: Battle of the African Ghosts', It sounded pretty good to me, and the cover looked fantastic, an artistic drawing featuring lead actor Peter Firth surrounded by flames and being attacked by a giant beast with wasps and bugs flying out its mouth.

The saying 'don't judge a book by its cover' gets thrown out the window when you see the cover of this movie.

Unfortunately the movie did not deliver the thrills and entertainment I was hoping for. What I found out is that this movie was on sale for a reason, it is, honestly a complete bore. I'm not the one for bashing films, but this was just a pure time waster. The cinematography was never good, and this so-called 'award-winning actor' did not deliver the good. I cannot even try to explain what this film is about, the boredom and no-script feel almost made me pass out in the first thirty minutes.

This film should be avoided at all costs. Distributed by Troma Inc (completely different from any other Troma released film), this is the film no one should ever have to witness.
