Sex & Nudity

Nothing overly sexual.

Violence & Gore

A VERY violent game though most of it in the cutscenes is more implied than anything and usually isn't directly shown. It also has a very violent and dark atmosphere.

A character wears sheep skin on his head. A character wears a human skull as a mask and is a cannibal. *His story revolves around wanting to eat the guy that fractured his mind.* Various body parts are shown waiting to be eaten in a cutscene. Several stabbings and killings are shown, but again are usually not seen directly. The gameplay revolves around killing the other drivers.

When you blow up other vehicles the driver runs around on fire while screaming in pain.

Profanity

Yes. One use of mf'er but it's censored out. Other uses of piss, damn and hell.

None that I recall. The contestants spend their time in a mental asylum so I highly doubt there is any.

This is the sole reason for this game's M rating. A VERY frightening and intense game. The whole game has a bleak and psychotic vibe to it. All of the characters are psychopaths who have killed and done other horrific crimes in their past. Not recommended for young children.
