Brilliant, Pure, Dead Brilliant!

The Tartan Apple is an important film by the outstanding young Scottish American film maker, Harlan Whatley that details the role Scot's played in building America and New York. Through excellent narratives, impressive visual images, and a striking cast the Tartan Apple illustrates how the traditional and historic Scottish organizations like the New York Caledonian Club, 1856, helped Scots and others create a rich community here which with the St. Andrews Society, 1756, and others continues today. A must for anyone who loves history, New York and of course, Scots and Scotland! "Weave the tartan of tomorrow, contemporary Scotland, learn it, love it, invest in it!" Invest in this one for your collection, well done and well worth it. Cheers AYE!
