Whole game is gun violence with some hand to hand combat. Unrealistic Blood is shown

When an opponent is on the ground, the player can hit them, causing blue or purple blood to gush out of their body.

When fighting the flood, the zombies are very likely to explode. Not realistic, more of a faint mist when killed though.

Humans and aliens alike are sometimes shown strewn on the battlefield, medium amount of blood.

It has mild profanity such as "damn" and "bastard" sometimes, and also rare usages of "sh*t".

Some occasional smoking.

The Flood creatures might frighten some younger players due to their zombie-like nature.

All together this game actually deserves a T-Rating. It is actually said to be the most Mild M-Rated game of all, including the whole franchise.

The T-Rated Halo 5 is in fact more violent than this game

When compared to films of similar nature, the content's PG-13.
