It's been a long while since last we heard anything about the super-sized anthology flick Paris I'll Kill You, but with the passage of time comes good news. The final two directors have been found, and things are starting to get cooking.

NBC has released a bunch of trailers and clips for a new collection of TV series that they have been developing. We've got stuff from 1600 Penn, Infamous, Save Me, Next Caller, Do No Harm, The New Normal, Guys With Kids, and Go On. It will be interesting to what shows make it and what shows end up on the chopping block. Check out the trailers and clips and let us know which ones look good to you!
1600 Penn:
“1600 Penn” — The Gilchrists are just the average American family dealing with all the everyday issues – like a grown kid who’s forced to move back home, children who are smarter than their teachers and a stepmom (Jenna Elfman, “Dharma and Greg”) desperately trying to win over the kids. They’re loving, fun and a little crazy. In other words, just like everybody else. With one exception: they live in a very special house. »

Night Gallery: Season 3 DVD Available Now
The third and final season (1972–73) of Rod Serling’s underrated series finally comes to DVD. Season 3 (with episodes downsized to half an hour) is generally considered inferior to the first two years, but it still contains several classic episodes. Best of all, Jim Benson and Scott Skelton, co-authors of Rod Serling’s Night Gallery: An After-Hours Tour, helped put together a “lost” episode featuring four segments that were heavily altered for syndication. Guest stars this season include Mickey Rooney, Vincent Price, Burgess Meredith and gorgeous Joanna Pettet (The Evil).

A.J. Cook is glad to be back where many fans feel she belongs.
After being let go from her role as FBI Behavioral Analysis Unit sleuth Jennifer "Jj" Jareau, the actress was brought back to CBS' long-running Wednesday crime drama "Criminal Minds" for its current season. With the show's seventh round nearing its end, and repeats shown regularly on both A&E Network and Ion, Cook feels as if she never left ... almost.
"Because of all that has happened in the past year, there's a huge sense of pride and accomplishment there," she reflects. "I'm happy to see the long way that Jj has come. I always think back to the first episode, and I don't even know who that character is anymore.
"She's grown so much, and we've watched her grow up on-screen in a way," Cook adds. "I feel like I've done a lot of growing up in »

Bloody Disgusting has exclusively learned that A.J. Cook is in final negotiations for the lead role in Wer, the found footage werewolf flick shooting next month in Romania. Cook, who starred in Final Destination 2 and Anchor Bay's forthcoming Mother's Day, will star as "Kate Moore", a defense attorney determined to clear the name of her client, "Talan Gwynek", who is the main suspect in the grisly multiple slaying of an American family. While Talan appears to be gentle on the surface, his attorney soon learns that Talan is actually a werewolf. As we previously reported, it takes place in Translyvania police station with the suspect turning into a werewolf. The Devil Inside and Stay Alive's William Brent Bell will direct from a screenplay by longtime collaborator Matthew Peterman. Robert Hall and his newly re-branded Almost Human Inc. is tackling the Makeup and Visual Effects for Wer. »

The latest shlock-horror flick from director David R. Ellis (Snakes on a Plane, Final Destination 2), whose films never cease to disappoint me, is another slice of fun-filled fear frolics which sees Ellis do for sharks in freshwater as he did for snakes on planes. This time round a bunch of college students head out to the Louisiana Gulf and a friends lake-side cabin to enjoy a weekend of partying, only there’s a problem – the psycho redneck locals have let loose a bunch of man-eating sharks in the lake! Imagine if you will a slasher movie such as the classic Friday the 13th series with its lakeside woodland setting and strange locals, then replace its hockey mask wearing »

Can any of you recall 2010’s Piranha? I sure can.
There was a film that revelled in the fact that it was B-grade trash, unabashedly offering a filthy, sleazy and gory romp. And you know what? It was fun.
This is the main problem here with Shark Night: it takes itself way too seriously playing it straight-faced with minimal laughs, gore and zero over-the-top quirkiness when we all know this film is anything but.
It’s called Shark Night, for crying out loud - this title alone betrays the audience in a way, teasing it’s something akin to something gleefully wicked like Piranha.
The film’s director, David R. Ellis (Final Destination 2), has had a shot at a B-grade romp before with Snakes On A Plane, which also failed to live up to being a goofy, trashy exploitation film.
