One scene where the boy feels a woman's breast

A woman is discovered dead by three children. She overdosed.

Profanity throughout

Extensive drug use.

Including drug abuse by a pregnant woman and a 10 year old boy.

The most commonly used drug in the movie is heroin. You see it being smoked by different methods and injected. The boy even preps the injection.

One part the mother of the boy tried to quit using by having the boy lock her in a room by herself for a week. The withdraws that she goes through are intense and she screams threats and profanities at her son when he won't let her out.
