Much backround smoking. Concerning the leading roles, the characters played by Demi Moore, Christian Slater, David Krumholtz and Joshua Jackson smoke cigarettes, too.

Besides the always drunk singer (Demi Moore), there's only backround drinking and the mentioning of it.

Cooper (Shia LaBeouf) and Jimmy (Brian Geraghty) buy drugs (LSD?!) from a dealer (Ashton Kutcher) and use it with heavy consequences. There's also some talking about drugs.
