A must-see for those who watch 13 GHOSTS
23 October 2009 | by (Bradenton, Florida) – See all my reviews

This short film is one of several extras that are included on the DVD with the full-length films 13 GHOSTS and 13 FRIGHTENED GIRLS. The latter is a lame movie with almost nothing to recommend it, but 13 GHOSTS is a kitchy classic. In its original form, patrons to the theater were given a special viewer so that they, too, could see ghosts--just like the characters in the movie did when they wore the professor's special glasses. This short film is about this process, called 'Illusion-O' and features old film clips and interviews. It's all great fun and a must for anyone who likes Castle's films. Entertaining and insightful.
