Sex & Nudity

None, but while invisible (under a cloak that creates that), Harry throws snowballs at Malfoy and his goons and pulls down one's pants (we see him in his boxers - played for laughs).

Violence & Gore

Harry cast Expeliarmus on Snape and knocks him back and the top of a bed falls on him (he isn't injured).

Dementors suck out people's soul with the dementors kiss. No one dies in the movie.

Sirius and Lupin as their animagus fight each other. Lupin is a werewolf and Sirius is a dog. Sirius is injured a bit. Harry then searches for him and finds him laying down on the ground (some blood visible). They are attacked my dementors but are not injured, just knocked out.

Scabbers bites Ron. Blood is visible on his finger.

Ron is bitten by Sirius and dragged into a tunnel. He is later sent to the Hostpital Wing.

Some other fighting and creatures. Some blood.

Profanity

About 3 hells, 2 damns, and 1 use of bitch but referring to a female dog.

Some drinking of alcohol.

Vernon's sister says that Harry's dad was a drunk.

The movie can be pretty creepy. (Especially at the end.)

Lupin's transformation is a bit creepy and disturbing.

Younger viewers will find the dementors EXTREMELY frightening. The dementor scenes are very frightening and intense.

The kids battle creatures and people. Some of the scenes are frightening and intense.
