cliches abound

There's nothing worse than the "wise cracking hero who makes jokes in the face of death" than the "wise cracking hero who makes jokes in the face of death" played by a bad actor in a horrible straight-to-video movie. Mel Gibson or Bruce Willis this guy ain't...

This movie has a horrible script with plot holes galore, a terrible cast and every cliche you can think of: the wise cracking hero whose daughter hates him because "he's never there," the scientist who is the number one authority in his field who works with the number two authority who is also his daughter who happens to hate him, the wise cracking team who in real life would be too stupid to ever have a job like this, and the bad guy plant who you know is not going to be able to pull it off.

It must have taken about six hours to write this entire script. And let's not even get into idiocy of its plot. This movie is just plain bad.

Surprisingly, the music is very Bruchenhiemer-esque and seems out of place with the cheapness of the rest of the film.
