Storyline

A model is killed during a fashion parade. A candy filled with cyanide is the reason for her death. Lew Frost, whose cousin Helen works as a model, hires Nero Wolfe to inquire into the murder. The day after Lew Frost changes his mind but it is too late. Nero Wolfe is already on the right track and with the help of a mysterious red box he will solve the case.
