An extraordinary look into multiple personality disorder. Based on a true case, Atsuko Sakuraba plays an adult, psychologically transformed from years of physical abuse and torture by her mother.
Kazama tries to help Jun through the memories that will free her and let her become one.
Contains explicit scenes of abuse. Worth the watch, but this is no average Sunday night movie.
I've already seen it approximately 10 ten times and still find new things to appreciate in it. She's a tragic human being who was tortured by her mother as a small child. She took an alternative route by creating her personalities to survive the painful wrestling matches and exist in the world. People like Jun do exist in our world unfortunately, they should be treated with kindness and understanding rather than prejudice and poor judgment.
