Arrow Video’s March 2012 line-up unveiled

It’s time for another update from our friends at Arrow Video, this time previewing their March 2012 releases which encompass sleazy horror, cult British action movies and gory, cheesy sci-fi… The highlight for me in March’s releases? Definitely has to be Don’t Go In The House.

Who Dares Wins (Arrow Video)

The 60 Second War Begins Now! Paranoia, black ops and espionage combine in Who Dares Wins, a violent and edgy anti-terror classic starring Lewis Collins (The Professionals) and Edward Woodward (The Equalizer). The anti-nuclear movement is plotting a bloody outrage on British soil and, having already fatally lost their undercover operative at a violent protest, the secret services call on the aid of the Sas. Captain Peter Skellen (Collins) risks his career, his family and his life to infiltrate the terrorist group before they can unleash an attack that will devastate the country. Relive a classic cold war

'Call Of Duty: Black Ops' - Zombies Mode Survival Guide

Treyarch brought back their much-loved zombie survival mode from 2008's "Call of Duty: World at War" for their just-released latest entry in the series, "Black Ops." For a first-time player, the rules seem simple enough: gun down wave after wave of the walking dead through a series of barriers, fixing entry points as needed and doing your best not to end the day passing through whatever functions as a digestive tract in an animated corpse. As anyone who embraced the mode in "World at War" knows however, if you start a Zombies match without a rough strategy for survival in your head, making it to double-digit rounds becomes a remote possibility.

This guide is for those who are just starting out with Zombies and want a little bit of an extra edge. What follows are some general strategies for surviving the onslaught as well as map-specific tips for the two

'Survivor: Nicaragua': NaOnka Mixon goes a little nutty

At "Survivor: Nicaragua's" latest Tribal Council, NaOnka went a little crazy, but it didn't matter because the women finally got their act together and sent Marty packing.

Post-Tribal

Everyone was pretty annoyed with Marty's anti-Jane rant at Tribal Council, so if he doesn't win Immunity this week, I'd be surprised if he stuck around. Marty, of course, thinks everybody but him is "just stupid." His big plan is to make everybody think NaOnka is going home, so the Idol is flushed out, but having everybody blindside Jane.

Reward Challenge

The tribe is divided into two teams -- it just happens to end up men vs. women, which is hilarious. Because there is an odd number, Chase was not chosen and has to sit out, but he gets to chose one team to back and if they win, he goes with them on the reward.  He chooses the

Resident Evil: Afterlife (2010)

  • Planet Fury
Directed by: Paul W.S. Anderson

Written by: Paul W.S. Anderson

Cast: Milla Jovovich, Ali Larte, Kim Coates, Shawn Roberts, Sergio Peris-Mencheta, Spencer Locke, Boris Kodjo, Wentworth Miller, Sienna Guillory, Kacey Barnfield, Norman Yeung, Fulvio Cecere, Ray Olubowale

Resident Evil: Afterlife kicks off right where its predecessor Extinction faded away; Alice and her little army of clones hit the insidious and evil Umbrella Corporation hard in Tokyo. The Japanese based installation is overrun and destroyed, and all of the clones are destroyed along with it - a heavy (and slightly convenient) toll. Worse is that Alice drops her common sense in order to deliver a cheesy one-liner, which sets her up to get hypodermically pricked by trickster mastermind and incredibly snappy dresser Albert Wesker. Alice is injected with a compound that effectively strips her of her oh wow super T-Virus powers. It is back to guns for Alice.

Wesker goes on

'Iron Man 2' Stars Robert Downey Jr., Mickey Rourke Riding High Again

After a long time in the spotlight for the wrong reasons, the two acclaimed 1980s actors are back on top in this summer's blockbuster.

Think back as recently as 2005 and you may remember a time when the names "Robert Downey Jr." and "Mickey Rourke" would bring to mind cautionary tales of actors with extraordinary talent who had destroyed themselves to the point where they were considered unemployable. Both were mired in a deep spiral of straight-to-video misfires and box-office bombs that boasted quickly-forgotten names like "They Crawl," "Friends and Lovers," "Stormbreaker" and "Game 6," and their addictions were earning far more headlines than their acting.

Now, a mere five years later, the '80s stars are headlining what might be the biggest film of the year. Marvel took a major chance when they hired Downey for "Iron Man" and Rourke for "Iron Man 2,
