In its simplicity, the story endears itself to any audience gay or straight because it is universal. What shine in this piece are the direction and performances. Alexandra Paul is captivating as Charlie and Karri Bowman is equally enchanting as Jill. Adding a fresh new spin on the standard romantic comedy formula, Director Jennifer McGlone exhibits the eye of a seasoned director.
