Michael Myers chases after you with a knife, and he can kill the kids and kill you. If he kills a kid, nothing happens. The kid collapses onto the ground and starts squirting pixilated blood. If he kills you (being the babysitter), your head disappears and you start squirting blood out of your neck.

Young children might get scared when Michael appears on the screen jabbing his knife. That, as well as when you die, you get decapitated and when the kids die, collapsing to the ground and squirting blood.
