At the start we know that the boy 'Arthur' will die. This is the story about a family who loose their child. This is something very hard, but the mother (Blanche) won't realize this. She lives in her own world and she still plays with her son. Nature and culture take a central place in this picture. At the time Blanche plays with her son, she's been watches by a boy names François. The become very close. They have a very special relation and this is what Blanche helps to realize her lost. At the end she thanks François for everything, for the special moments ... She finally find peace and can live further.
This is a movie that not all of you will appreciate. Its something special, it's a moment where you got to think. Also a lot of symbolic. But that's something you got to check out. I hope you enjoy it!
