I can't find anything in the movie except a lonely guy making not so warm philosophies about live. I don't think Badar can challenge his wife's masterpiece, Perempuan Melayu Terakhir. Too far for him to catch her. Of course the acting are very good in KL Menjerit. Also the camera works for some scenes (not the quality of cinematography I meant). But I'm still not satisfied with the movie. The idea is not too bad. Badar tried to mix love, friendship and life in KL, using the biker world as the background. And then.. What??? About championship? Well, no one cares about this, right?
There are no more action scenes here. Budget problems again, huh? One scene has remind me to Seri Dewi Malam. The same person was died because of the same reason. The visual for the scene (in KL Menjerit) has done better i think. But without touching dialogue as Seri Dewi Malam. Never mind about that because the visual also is enough to speak the language, and sometimes dialogues will make the audiences feel boring. Then what else to talk? Oh ya, many characters appeared in the movie without strong function. Sometimes I don't know why they've been used here. How about the singer? Can't change her to any unknown extra-cast? I don't think the role really needs her.
Well.. 5/10 from me.
