Segment: The Forbidden Zone Gabriel (Anthony Addabbo) and Lorri (Beverly Johnson) meet "two hours once per week" for illicit sex. Lorri conjures up a couple, Goucho (Jay Acovone) and Angelica (Honey Labrador), who live in the year 2010. The episode parallels the experiences of both couples in their respective "forbidden zones." Goucho and Angelica's "zone" is portrayed with exaggerated, loud dance rituals that underscore the danger of the "forbidden zone." Segment: The Art of Loneliness The episode is built around a late night radio show featuring a piano-playing, cigarette-smoking blind hostess (Raven Snow) who spins incessant tales of loneliness in her sexy, droning voice. She is assisted by Caron Bernstein's character who is the Red Shoes correspondent and Cis, the radio show's producer played by Honey Labrador. Trumpet-playing Bobby (Brad Fisher) shows up. She has Frances (Bernstein) describe everything that she sees as she undresses him. She recognizes Bobby as a former lover who had left her. Amidst visual images of trains, airplanes, and windmills, he drones on into the microphone as Francis and Bobby make love: "A telescope in the corner of a room...a woman standing behind it and she sees..." Will she get Bobby back? Segment: Picnic Rita (Kira Reed) always has it her way. She gets involved with two lovers, one of whom sends her to kill the other. She goes to an isolated location in a '56 Ford pickup truck for a picnic with the "doomed" lover. Scenes and dialogue poking fun at Southern country customs and dialect follow as we wonder whether or not she will go through with it.
