The movie is in the same league as Michael Moore, however less political. The effect achieved is however similarly gut wrenching. The soundtrack is interlaced with news items from events relating to wheat and the politics of wheat aid.
The documentary clips of US-president Richard Nixon's (shify-dick) agriculture minister are rather chilling. He goes on to expound how food will be used as a lever against all enemies big and small. Normally the hungry countries. The tone and language could just as well have been a minister in a Nazi government! And most importantly, I now understand why white bread in the USA is so terrible! Watch it. c_b
