Garry Trudeau occasionally broke away from the chore of DOONESBURY to try other ventures, like A DOONESBURY SPECIAL, plays, or "Rap Master Ronnie." While this show lacked the sweetness of A DOONESBURY SPECIAL, it has a more important function.
