Since the beliefs that parents want to instill in their children can vary greatly, we ask that, instead of adding your personal opinions about what is right or wrong in a film, you use this feature to help parents make informed viewing decisions by describing the facts of relevant scenes in the title for each one of the different categories: Sex and Nudity, Violence and Gore, Profanity, Alcohol/Drugs/Smoking, and Frightening/Intense Scenes.

A house elf repeatedly beats himself and is beaten. (Hitting himself with lamps, Banging his head into dressers, telling Harry he had to Iron his hands, and kicked by his master and goes flying)

Messages are written on walls with blood.

Harry faces off with a giant snake. A phoenix blinds the snake by scratching out it's eyes. Harry stabs the snake through the roof of it's mouth. Some blood is shown. He is also bitten by the snake and pulls a fang out of his arm.

3 uses of bloody hell, 3 uses of bloody.

The scene in Knockturn Alley has a unexpected moment: it is very quiet when Harry is examining an item in the shop (the Hand of Glory) and suddenly it grabs Harry's hand with a loud sound effect. This part may make you jump.

Scene in the Dark Forest is particularly frightening, especially if you hate spiders.

Entire confrontation with The Basilisk (Large Snake) is quite frightening.
