Could this be the very pinnacle of dumb TV/film making? this is like a porn movie with the sex scenes replaced by extreme sports footage.
The dialog in this movie makes any of vin diesels movies look like hamlet imagine XXX minus a budget and any stars and you have this movie.
Wardrobes were supplied by Kmart bandanas and cowboy hats all round essential equipment when resolving fragile international situations.
There is a scene where they are told that they will receive no support while on this supposed "mission" I think this is due to nobody ever wanting to see them again.
