- An atheist philosophy club at a college harasses Scott, a Christian who claims to have inside knowledge of when the world will end. To vindicate himself and "defeat" the atheists, he prepares a presentation based on a Bible study he finds in the library. Although initially confident, Scott begins to have doubts because of the theoretical nature of the study. Meanwhile, his buddy Matt, who is having his own prophetic dreams, is frustrated because he feels that Scott is unprepared for the presentation and that the responsibility to bail out his friend will fall on him.—gford9
- "End of the Harvest" (1995) Philosophy club members who know not their CREATOR and do not appear curious to know if HE exists, attending a United States of America college, harasses a freshman Christian, Todd, who follows the call to share the warning he has humbly accepted about Jesus Christ being the only approved spiritual/physical soul/body preserver, restorer, and advocate for mankind and for angels from our Holy and Almighty CREATOR; howbeit, Todd has come to the meeting unprepared no speech cards, not one, and is understandibly therefore mocked at with laughter; his fellow freshman Christian, Scott, takes offense against the visible representatives of the philosophy club and seeks revenge, and to this purpose, seeks in addition the support of the most Biblically literate Christian he knows attending the college, Matt (David A.R. White), who claims to have knowledge of a term paper published via a student who attended the same college in 1950; in the paper the former student (Jeffrey Bartell or Bartow?) bridges world events with Bible scripture from Genesis to Revelation to expound upon when the world will end. Scott, in an attempt to defeat the intellectuals who belittled his friend Todd, and bolster his fledging faith, irrespective of Matts decline to assist, schedules a meeting and studies relentlessly to prepare a presentation via the Holy Bible and the 1950's students papers he finds in the library; initially confident, Scott begins to have doubts. Meanwhile, his buddy Matt is having prophetic dreams about a farmer and a plentiful wheat harvest: at the last Matt must speak at the meeting to apologize for Scotts non-appearance and via the protest of GOD within that audience, decides against running off and instead blessed and obediently gives a proficient presentation on the subject initially advertised in the flyer for the meeting. velizabw@aol.com 09292012 1603pm
