Careful watching of the series will reveal that one Mike Myers actually appears in it. What he is doing there is anyone's guess.
If you were born at a certain time in Britain it was impossible not to watch the baffling extavaganza which was the wide awake club . Mallett is insane , and his game 'mallett's mallett which involved beating a child who did'nt answer a question quick enough, spawned violent imatations in playground around the country.
Watching the show at an age where it is impossible to tell whether a show is good or bad mallett's certainly did stand out, and was recognised when it was included in the ' top 100 kids shows of all time '.
