In this week’s The Walking Dead, it isn’t exactly a shock when Merle takes it upon himself to execute Rick’s “agreement” with the Governor by delivering him Michonne. While on their way to a fundraiser for the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Kansas City on Friday night, three stars of ABC's hit sitcom Modern Family were trapped in a crowded elevator for almost an hour, ABC News reports.
Julie Bowen, Eric Stonestreet and Jesse Tyler Ferguson took pictures together during the ordeal, which Ferguson posted to his Twitter account.
"This is us right now. 45 minutes stuck in this elevator," Ferguson wrote, captioning the snapshot from the Sheraton Kansas City Hotel's third floor.
The actors were an hour late to the event after the Kansas City Fire Department rescued them, but they maintained a good sense of humor about their plight, reportedly joking about the ordeal on stage. »

The remake of Carrie, which was to bow in March, has been pushed to a more appropriate release date of October 18th. The state of Kansas is forcing a man to pay child support to he donated his sperm to a lesbian couple three years ago — even after a written agreement that stated otherwise. Do You think that’s fair?
William Marotta has found himself in the middle of a pricey and expensive legal battle three years after he donated his sperm to Angela Bauer, 43, and Jennifer Schreiner, 34, partners who desperately wanted to have a child.
Now, after Angela lost her job and the family was put on welfare, the state of Kansas is asking William for child support — and making him fork over $6,000.
The lesbian couple found William on Craigslist, and all three signed a contract agreeing that he would have no legal responsibility for the child.
