Foreign, domestic, independent, big budget: What better way to hone your skills as a thoughtful moviegoer than by deconstructing these little pieces of advertising? This week […]

How Many Times Does 'Deadpool' Drop the F Bomb?

12 February 2016 4:39 PM, PST | MovieWeb | See recent MovieWeb news »

It's not everyday that a superhero comes along dropping F bombs like it's his super power, but Deadpool is different than your run of the mill comic book movie. And it's one of the few to ever arrive in theaters with a hard R rating. The movie certainly earns that distinction, as it is a vulgar, violent carnival of thrills and adventure. 25 Most Revealing WWE Instagram Posts Of The Week (10th Jan)

10 January 2016 5:25 AM, PST | Obsessed with Film | See recent Obsessed with Film news »

Instagram

Another week another disaster for WWE as John Cena was ruled out for months and the company’s WrestleMania plans lay in tatters. As mentioned last week in this very column, Cena was apparently set to fight Roman Reigns at the showcase, and the most pressing question now is who will replace him.

It wasn’t all bad news though – the company also revealed that they’ve made plans to sign the Bullet Club, which was met with a fairly mixed reaction. If you’re not excited about the prospect of new talent to the roster, there’s something wrong with you. And we might just get to see more of Finn Balor, which is no bad thing.

In short, it was a big week, and the WWE roster did as they always do best, posting selfies, dog pictures and staged backstage shots to social media.

The 13 TV Series Revivals We Least Expected to See Reborn

[Warning: Minor spoilers lie within the blurbs for the shows listed below, so only read past the bolded titles if you're all caught up on these revived shows.] "Arrested Development" It took seven years of waiting and an entirely new distribution model for the Bluth family to come back into our lives. Fox canceled the well-reviewed but low-rated sitcom chronicling the financial and familial woes of a rich Southern California tycoon in 2006 after its third season, and Netflix brought it back as what turned out to be the first of many revived series (see also: "Longmire," "Trailer Park Boys," a few more series on this list...). The results were...mixed, but the match had been lit. And unlike the banana stand that burned down, this fire started a revival revolution (rather than ended a strict adherence to the "no touching" policy).  "Doctor Who"If your only familiarity with the adventures of a time-travelling madman in a box begins »
