Aguinaldo's Navy (1900)

From the LOC website, this here was shot on the Pasig River, which is located near Manilia. We basically see a bunch of small boats crossing the river. This film only lasts about twenty-seconds but it's interesting to watch today simply because it gives you an idea of what boats looked like during this period. Not only do you visually get to see them but you also get an idea of the river as well as stuff that is going on around it. Most people might find watching something like this silly or pointless but I"m always fascinated by getting to watch these old movies and see things for how they were at one time. There's nothing ground-breaking here but it's entertaining.
