Drake Has a New Tattoo of Denzel Washington’s Face — See the Ink!

19 September 2017 6:49 AM, PDT | PEOPLE.com | See recent PEOPLE.com news »

Drake‘s love for Denzel Washington is “Forever.”

The 30-year-old “Hotline Bling” rapper appears to be such a fan of Washington that he decided to add the 63-year-old Oscar winner’s face to his every-growing tattoo collection.

On Saturday, Toronto-based tattoo artist Inal Bersekov shared a shot of the ink to his Instagram page. The tattoo is taken from a still of Washington as Bleek Gilliam in the 1990 jazz film, Mo’ Better Blues.

“‘Mo’ Better Blues‘ first session on my brother @champagnepapi,” Bersekov wrote. “Thanks as usual for your trust. “Clarke: ‘Cause mo better makes it mo better.”

Cult: You've Seen This Actor on American Horror Story Before

5 September 2017 8:02 PM, PDT | POPSUGAR | See recent BuzzSugar news »

American Horror Story's seventh season is off to an interesting start with Cult, which takes place in the aftermath of the 2016 presidential election. The premiere focuses on a few of America's scared citizens, proud Trump supporters, excited anarchists, and some serial killer clowns (because this is Ahs, after all). The action all centers around Sarah Paulson's Ally, a woman whose phobias are being triggered again . . . but whose irrational fears may not be so irrational after all. In her postelection life, Ally takes a seemingly innocuous trip to a local grocery store, where she is terrorized by clowns that seem like a hallucination but are probably in fact real. But before the circus arrives, she has a brief encounter with a familiar American Horror Story face: Chaz Bono. It can be said with confidence that there are many highly talented individuals who never achieve success because they lack the confidence and opportunity to perform. For this reason, it is very important to encourage young people and give them as many opportunities as possible. Many of the most popular actors working today owe their success to encouragement they received in their youth. Without such encouragement, actors like the incredibly gifted Genelle Williams may not have pursued acting at all. Williams is best known for her work in Radio Free Roscoe and Degrassi: The Next Generation. Although she has earned

Drake Shares His Hilariously Small 'Royalty' Check from 'Degrassi' Days -- See the Pic!

18 July 2017 5:59 PM, PDT | Entertainment Tonight | See recent Entertainment Tonight news »

It's a good thing Drake's music career took off, because his teen drama days aren't paying much anymore.

The "One Dance" singer took to Instagram on Monday to share a hilariously royalty check from Degrassi: The Next Generation, a Canadian TV show the then-actor appeared on from 2001 to 2009.

"Degrassi money still coming in don't sleeeeeeeep," Drake, 30, captioned the pic of the $8.25 paycheck, which is apparently what 145 episodes of playing Jimmy brings in these days.

To be fair, with the most streamed song off all time, we can hardly imagine the modest royalties hurt Champagne Papi too much.

Still, Drake did seem to be sulking a bit in some restaurant pictures he also shared on Monday.

Started from the bottom, now he's here.  It's been a decade since Drake left Degrassi: The Next Generation to pursue music, but the superstar rapper just proved he'll never forget his humble beginnings—especially since he's still earning those royalties!  To be fair, the Canadian teen drama only cut him a check for $8.25, which was still enough to excite Drizzy enough to share it to Instagram on Tuesday. "Degrassi money still coming in don't sleeeeeeeep..." the 30-year-old Toronto native joked.  It's safe to say the "Hotline Bling" rapper isn't relying on moola from his years on television as wheelchair-chair bound Jimmy »

Now Netflix Is Reviving Its Own Canceled Shows, Too

29 June 2017 4:15 PM, PDT | Tubefilter.com | See recent Tubefilter News news »

As part of its approach to original programming, Netflix has given new seasons to several shows -- including Arrested Development, The Killing, Longmire, and Degrassi: The Next Generation -- that had previously aired on and been cancelled by terrestrial networks. Now, it is utilizing that strategy once again, but this time, the canceled show in its sights doesn’t come from a TV channel -- it comes from Netflix itself. The Svod platform has revealed that it will bring back Sense8, which it canceled earlier this month, for a two-hour special that will be released in 2018.

Sense8, which came from the minds of The Matrix co-directors The Wachowski Sisters, gathered a passionate fanbase, who plead with Netflix to carry on with the show after its cancellation was announced on June 1. Netflix initially insisted that Sense8 was done for good, but the streaming titan appears to have since reversed its decision. »
