Own the rights?
Wonderful French comedy with superb casting and a messed-up (in a good way)storyline. The movie start with a hold-up and a car pursuit, which gave me a good impression, but at first it appeared a predictable story.I was very surprised what followed though, they came up with with a very twisted turn of events, that only a madman (or genius) could have thought of. I will not provide you with further plot information.In fact, if you get your hands on the DVD, I strongly suggest NOT to read the information on the back. Take my word for it, you MUST see this movie if you like french comedy. I first saw it in Paris and never heard of it here in Montreal, I guess they did not do a lot of marketing here. Very unfortunate, as this movie makes "Le dîner de cons" and "Le Placard" look like an appetizer.You might enjoy seeing the Police Chief from "Taxi" (Original French version) play a similar role in this movie, amongst others.
