Point of purchase psychology and investment strategy

I haven't seen this trailer but I guess any advertisement would be the same. A product, a consumer, and a medium to communicate why the consumer needs the product. Having a movie star authorize the use or sale makes the purchase more of a good decision. Point of purchase psychology has much to do with this movie short.

As for savings bonds, if you have a couple of million to spare they are backed by one of the biggest countries and economies in the world. But a wise man once said is it the government or the community that better serves your investment. The point being municipal bonds may serve you and your family and your community more directly. Since I do not have a couple of million or even thousand this does not apply to my investment strategy.
