My son needs to do an essay from list of books his English department provided. This was one of the books I recommended he read because I am such an Agatha Christie fan, and this is one of my favorites. Love the movie but imagine our surprise when we logged onto your site and saw this title! I thought it might be a good idea for my son to see at least one version of the book in movie form after reading the book for comparison. I knew this site would have information on the films. As an Black-American mom just another thing I had to explain to my young son about the use of this word and how 50-60 years ago it was an acceptable albeit derogatory term. But, also turned into something positive -- another example for him of why Black-Americans should not use this term, ever.
