MEXICO CITY -- The National Association of Latino Independent Producers will hold its fourth annual conference Nov. 7-10 in San Antonio as part as an ongoing effort to increase Latino participation in mass media. The four-day conference at Plaza San Antonio will offer Latino producers a broad range of development and funding opportunities in film, television and media arts projects. Conference chair George Cisneros said that among those scheduled to attend are actors Edward James Olmos and Diego Luna (Y Tu Mama Tambien) and producer Elizabeth Avellan (Spy Kids, Once Upon a Time in Mexico).
