14 tangerines1 quart soda water8 ounces Campari
Juice 12 of the tangerines and chill the juice. Cut the remaining 2 tangerines into 1/8-inch slices. Fill 8 highball glasses with ice and place 2 tangerine slices in each glass and fill the glass to 2/3 full with soda water. Pour in Campari to fill the glass and float one more tangerine slice.

Emeril Lagasse is the celebrity chef who hosts the hit cooking show Emeril Green on the cable television channel Planet Green. Emeril owns a variety of gourmet restaurants in cities like New Orleans and Orlando. He has been a long-time host of his own cooking show series on the Food Network (Emeril Live). Since Emeril has gotten older and encountered some health problems of his own, he has turned his attention to creating healthy food dishes as well as lightening the fat and calorie count of his classic comfort food recipes for which he is famous. Being able to enjoy food prepared under the direction of Chef Emeril is a pleasure.
