The show where everything goes...including the clothes!, 24 November 2003
Author: Andy M.

An early effort at original programming on the Playboy Channel with liberal doses of gratuitous nudity and adult humour, but it WORKS!

Hosted by stand-up comedian Kip Adotta and having two contestants (always one male and one female), Everything Goes was a risque game show which is quite similar to Hollywood Squares. Kip would ask a question to one of the three celebrity panelists who would give a funny fake answer, then give their "real" answer. The contestant then had to either agree or disagree. If the contestant chose correctly, he/she earned the right to remove an article of the opponent's clothing. If they made the wrong choice, however, they would lose a piece of their OWN clothing. The contestants wore an equal amount of clothing and were dressed in a different theme for each episode (such as Prom Night or Cops and Robbers).

Throughout the course of play, two special rounds were also used: in one, three attractive, fully-clothed women came out on stage, then disappeared behind a wall with strategically-placed doors. Then, Kip would open three doors, revealing three pairs of bare breasts. The object was for the contestant to match the breasts to the correct clothed woman. A similar round for the female contestant involved her having to match three unclothed male posteriors to their rightful owners.

At the end of the game, one final question determined the outcome of the game. Whoever won that question won the game, some prizes and the right to take off all of the other person's clothes (except his/her G-string).

Sounds really tasteless and tacky, and yes, it is, but the real entertainment in the show comes from the zany celebrities (many of them ex-regulars of "The Gong

Show") and their banter with the contestants and Adotta.

This series aired throughout the 1980s and a short compilation video was released to the rental market.
