After huge explosions rip through a chemical processing plant, Alexander Scott, The leader of the radical extremests, is apprehended by a beautiful but tough ATF agent. While in jail, a series of bombings take place killing innocent people. Scott suspects that one of his own is out of control. An unlikely alliance between Scott and the agent may be the only way to stop the killings. Now, the countdown is on in this race to stop the deadly bomber at any cost.
