Trivia

Episodes 21 and 22 were broadcast out of order. "A Breed Apart" was promoted as the season 1 finale, and it was, but then a few weeks later "Dancing On The Razor" was broadcast finished off the 22 episode run. If you pay attention to the plot however "Dancing On The Edge" clearly is supposed to take place before the events of "A Breed Apart" because it has the character of Mason Eckhart still running Genomex, even though in "A Breed Apart" he was overthrown by Gabriel Ashlock. Quotes

Brennan: Check it out. I've got 2 to 1 odds, $100 that Shalimar won't go through with it.
Jesse: You know, this is the most important decision of her life. How could you be so cold?
Brennan: Even odds?
Jesse: You're on.

Takes some getting used to
1 January 2005 | by (United States) – See all my reviews

I just bought the complete first season on DVD because it's Marvel, so I figured it couldn't be that bad. My initial reaction after watching the first episode was severe disappointment, as the acting, dialogue and realism are all just so terrible. I gave the show a second chance, though, and watched the second episode. Although it was probably just as flawed as the first, it actually became enjoyable to watch. I think it just takes a bit of getting used to to be able to appreciate the show. It's an entertaining show, albeit heavily flawed. If you're a fan of the Marvel universe and can deal with a show with a thousand plot holes, then this just may be the show for you.
