An attempted rape happens near the beginning, but the instigator is stopped. There is a strange religious undertone in this scene that makes it more uncomfortable.

A group of teenagers wake up in some kind of lounge, confused. Some of them are wearing skimpy clothing.

The teenagers all get into a hot tub together. They are quite shy at first, but eventually they all strip. Breasts are seen clearly for at least three minutes. There are a few quick glimpses of pubic regions, male and female. Following the hot tub scene, the group of teenagers are given new clothes. You see partial nudity while the young women are trying on t-shirts.

The group kick back and snort some lines of cocaine, and then engage in sexual acts while visibly high. It is all done in the missionary position. Not too graphic, but lots of moaning and thrusting. A much older male taking part says to others that he will teach them how it's done. Plenty of butts are seen throughout this.

A man and a woman take the six principal teenagers under their wing and let them stay at their place. It is revealed that they have ulterior motives that will put the guests in danger.

A man is impaled by a spear and is presumably killed.

A woman writhes on a bed and her torso suddenly bursts open, revealing her internal organs. It doesn't look too convincing, but it is very sudden and might be slightly shocking to some.

A young man is punched by one of the two antagonists so hard that his fist seems to go straight through his chest. This is off screen. You see blood on the attacker's fist afterwards.

A man has his head ripped off. Not as graphic as it could be, but not exactly kid-friendly.

Someone is hanged with a makeshift noose. He manages to escape.

The main antagonist begins to mutate into a hideous, muscular creature that is barely human. He tries to capture and infect the last remaining unaffected teenager, but gets killed by someone who he previously managed to infect, but is fighting to maintain control.

Dozens of F words, sometimes in a sexual context. Occasional uses of shit, as well as ass, with and without 'hole' affixed to it, and dick. Along with the word 'dick' there are many other anatomical terms.

Discussion and use of cocaine; it is referred to as 'nectar'. Many different coloured tablets are seen on a table along with the cocaine. The characters engage is sexual acts while high.

The last twenty minutes are quite intense as one of the original carriers of the virus chases an innocent woman. Her situation gets more desperate as her friends become infected and they in turn try to force it upon her.

While a man is watching two people having sex, his face briefly begins to contort. It is implied that this happens because he is jealous that the man he is watching is having sex with someone he loves. Might be disturbing to some.

Rated R for strong sexuality, substance abuse, language, and violence - all involving teens
