THE CALLING now is changed to MAN OF FAITH. i have been able to see it as i was given a screener, And I am amazed at the fact that this is not a theatrical film, Its performances are amazing.
Faye Dunaway is great as Mae West. And Damian Chapa should get nominated for playing the Preacer role. I have not seen such an emotional role in a long time.
The people where real in this film as was the spirituality of the film. There was a sense of Pure Christianity in this film. But yet it wasn't like a Christian film that pounds your head with a cross. I think that all even none believers will find its story compelling.
I think we will see a lot more films directed by Damian Chapa in the future.
