Actually this film is from Cuba And Puerto Rico, in The Berlin Festival they mix the info of the film. Great Short!!!! The movie shows the quest of a little boy looking for for the perfect bottle, to finish his music scale, throughout this quest the boy encounters the reality of poverty and hard life in Cuba.
