This workout is so much fun! I am usually hesitant to do dance aerobics
because in my opinion, it doesn't activate as many muscles as a lot of
activities, but I loved this workout! It is a great thing to do in order
change up a boring workout routine. Also, I have 2 left feet, and it
didn't take me that long to start catching on to the dance moves. They're
little complicated, but you can do them if you have the desire to learn
them. I highly recommend trying this just for the fun of it!
