Culled from the UK television series Man in a Suitcase, To Chase a Million retains the look and feel of its origins. There's lots of talk on cheesy sets instead of action and plenty of stock footage and rear projection substituting for exotic locations.
Unless you have a sentimental attachment to the Man in a Suitcase (something to which I will admit) or just like talky drama, skip this low-rent feature and watch one of Yoko Tani's other espionage thrillers. Tani was the only star in this cast who made other spy flicks in the sixties. Look for her in Last Plane to Baalbek (64), The Spy Who Loved Flowers (66), Koroshi (66), Goldsnake Anonima Killers (66), and Desperate Mission (66).
