Sometime after the Dominion War, the Federation creates a revolutionary holographic masking technology, that not only hides the ship that's using it, but can also change its appearance to seem like any other known vessel. USS Incursion is the first Federation ship equipped with this tech. The ship's purpose is to handle special secret and sensitive missions. The ship's captain is Marcus Refelian, the master of covert operations. The ship's away team consists of operatives highly trained in combat and stealth, who can handle any emergency as well as do spy work. Data joins the team as their technical adviser and Worf supports them as the Klingon ambassador. When the Romulans attack the Klingon outpost, Incursion helps its Klingon allies. However, they soon realize that something isn't right and that someone might be trying to push the galaxy into new war. Data tries to learn more about this potential conspiracy, but it turns out that members of the Starfleet have also become infected ...
