Trivia:
The Japanese animated film Purojekuto A-ko (1986) inspired the basic premise of the film, along with its three main characters. The names Ally Koch, Brittney Kornblum and Chris Koenig refer to the characters A-Ko, B-Ko and C-Ko, respectively. A fourth charactter, "Echo", makes an even more direct reference ("E-ko", although there was no "E-ko" in the original). moreFAQ

Okay, I know more background than most viewers. I know that ALL the visual effects were done by 1 main person who had the help of a few others every now and then. Look at any visual effects-heavy movie and then at the credits - it usually takes hundreds of special artists and millions of dollars. I know that the editing, sound, color and technical everything was done by ONE person. This wasn't a one-location, everyone talks and smokes pot indie. This was 5 locations, 35 characters and 100's of extras. It's not perfect. It's funny, it has good characters, it has a moral, and its fun. It's a solid 8.
