In the year when Stan Laurel teamed up with Oliver Hardy in their first two-reeler, 'Forty-Five Minutes from Hollywood', Laurel continued to carry his career by writing his own material. Although this short film is not particularly significant or entertaining, it is encouraging that a 36 year old man still had to ply his trade before his big break would arrive.
