I saw this movie while I was on vacation in Quebec, perhaps around 1991. The only reason I remembered the name is because I felt exactly the way my summary indicates. It's boring and makes little sense. Perhaps this is because it was dubbed; I'll give it the benefit of the doubt. However, it moves at a snail's pace and the acting is god-awful. 3/10
