User Reviews

Fresh and witty - mostly due to the witty hosts

A pop show that features quizzes, interviews and videos, presented by two young hosts. This manages to rise above the type of pop shows put on a Saturday morning (Popworld being on a Sunday mostly). Rather than being an over excited show for young kids this aims for all markets.

The focus on pop means that kids will love it, but many other things means teenagers and adults watch it too. The `other things' are basically the two hosts, Simon and Miquita. They present with such an affectionate sarcasm and wit that it's always funny - Simon especially seems to take the mick as often as he can. However even with this - it manages to be a very enjoyable pop show in it's own right.

Simon is good and works well with Miquita. I don't know how old Miquita is but she is gorgeous and sexy! She's very easy on the eye and does have a really intelligent sense of humour. Occasionally some of it misfires - the guy who used to be on as a trainspotter type/mole or other characters was too stupid to fit in with the show's wit and was hence dropped.

Overall this always feel fresh and witty. It won't last forever and I hope that Simon and Miquita (especially Miquita!) go on to adult presenting jobs.
