This is a movie that Rani herself would like to forget about . There is lot of overacting and the characters are either good or bad - no grey shades . They even throw in a *Chhakka* (eunuch) and a village idiot who hasn't slept with his wife even once and is always lamenting .
The plot is age-old . Poor girl Rani is married to Faraz Khan who is son of a rich Zamindar . The in-laws (Pramod Moutho , Himani Shivpuri) harass Rani for dowry and later drive her out of house . Rani's father dies of shock and Rani decides to wreak havoc on her in-laws .
The climax is a complete downer . The husband who was bad all through the movie , suddenly has a change of heart . There are mythological references to Bheeshma and Shikhandi of MAHABHARATA since there is a cop named Bheeshma and the aforementioned *Chhakka* kills him . There are lot of cheap scenes including a long-drawn honeymoon scene and vulgar dialogues , Mujras , adultery , rape , everything !!!
Rani chips in with an honest performance but everyone else is plain mediocre . Avoid .
