Notorious Baltimore criminal and underground figure Divine goes up against a sleazy married couple who make a passionate attempt to humiliate her and seize her tabloid-given title as "The Filthiest Person Alive".
A great overview of the career of John Waters and his Dreamland ensemble. Lots of behind-the-scenes clips showing the making of his films and John Waters at work. Interviews with the surviving members of his cast and crew as well as with Waters. A must for the Waters film fan. Where else will you see a young John with long stringy hair?
