Madeline: Lost in Paris (1999)
In a Parisian winter at the all-girls orphanage that Madeline calls home. When Miss Clavel's illness triggers Madeliue to reminisce about her late parents, she starts to wish that she had a real family. And when her Uncle Horst comes to visit from Vienna, it seems that her wish might really come true. He wants to adopt Madeline and take her home with him, where she can attend a fancy finishing school.
