Straight-to-video erotic thriller about a successful but bored young couple (Daniel Magder and Brandy Ledford), who decide to spice up their love life by hooking up with a couple of wild & crazy 'swingers' (Stephen Baldwin and Kristy Swanson) for one night only. If you've seen Fatal Attraction, etc, you'll know where it's headin'. These are basically the "swingers from hell".
Many will see this solely for the promise of Kristy Swanson sans kit, but as others have pointed out, you'll be in for a disappointment. Kristy's big sex scenes (in the house and in an elevator) are pretty tame for an R-rating, and always fully clothed. No doubt Kristy has one of those annoying 'no nudity' contracts, but surely some major skin here was essential to the plot! Her character is supposed to be sexually wild and liberated, yet she keeps her underwear on whenever she has sex!
Meanwhile, in the role of less experienced, slightly nervous young wife, we have soft porn actress Brandy Ledford - who looks real comfortable with the hot stuff! She also possesses exactly the kind of burning, sexy insolence that the clean-cut Swanson lacks. They're in the wrong roles! In fact, although I rented this for Swanson, it Brandy -- a dark haired beauty in the Diane Lane mold -- who kept my interest. Swanson actually has the least significant role of the main foursome, and spends a lot of time off screen. In the role of her grinning, pill-popping hubbie, Stephen Baldwin does his usual affable psycho shtick.
The ONLY decent scene in the film is the one in the swimming pool, where Kristy passes Brandy an ecstasy pill tongue to tongue. Pretty sexy, and followed by some naked under water groping, but it's cut so fast you don't see anything more than a flash of bare back, thigh and ass (some of which could be body-doubles).
The only good to come out of this is I'll be looking out for Brandy's films in the future!
